Shenzhen Minbo brings 11.6 inches enlarged Sony Vaio P clone L100

Sony’s Vaio P has ever arose a clone wave in China, and we’ve see so many its clones in the past year. Due to technology and cost control, these Shanzhai products of curse were not as slim as Sony Vaio P that one could put it in a Jean pocket. Most of them are 10 inches. Now the Shenzhen based company Minbo is bringing a more larger one, which is 11.6 inches, and is called L100. As you could see from the pictures, As a netbook, L100 looks really stylish. It features a 1.66G Intel ATOM N450 processor, 1GB RAM, and 160GB hard drive. Sadly we haven’t heard any words about the price and availability.

BBT Electronics A1819 MacBook Air clone

We’ve seem many Macbook Air clones, but this one from Shenzhen based BBT Electronics company definitely is the most blatant one. Other Apple MacBook Air clones replaced the Apple logo with other fruit, like an orange, or even with a dragonfly. But on this one the Apple company logo is on the lid, and ‘MacBook Air’ words are seem very obviously below the display. It gets an aluminium chassis and a 11.6 1366×768 display. Its other specs still stay unknown, so we don’t get much information here. The price is around 1600 Yuan (about $235 USD).

Dell’s Adamo notebook was alleged to be the world’s thinnest notebook when it’s launched a year ago. It’s only 16.39 mm thick, and if this number doesn’t impress you much, this video might do. The guy in the video get all parts out of the Dell Inspiron, and then successfully and nicely wrapped two Dell Adamo notebooks into it. This is another Mac Air clone that will come to Shenzhen electronics malls soon. It looks very slim with a clean style, packing a 10.1 inches 1024×600 display, a 1.6GHZ Intel Atom N270 processor, 1GB DDR2 RAM, 80GB SATA, a 1.3 megapixels webcam, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, two USB ports, a sim card slot, and a 2900mAh battery that can support 2 hours working time, and 2.5 hours standby time. The dimensions are 276×187x6.2-24.8mm and the weight is 1.07kg. The price is 1999 Yuan, which is around $300 in USA dollars.

Shenzhen Karsoon company brings a 14 inches aluminium netbook QT Pro that bears obvious resemblance to Apple’s Macbook Pro. The nekbook is from Karsoon’s Dragonfly product line and that’s why you see a dragonfly on the lib, instead of an apple or other fruit. It is powered by a 1.66G Intel Atom D410 processor and an ION2 Graphics chip, packing a 14 inches 1366×768 display, 1GB DDR2, 160GB hard drive, 1.3-megapixles webcam, 3 USB port, a HDMI port, a 4200mAh battery, with dimensions of 33.9×24.1×1.9-2.59 cm, and weight of 1.9kg. This Shanzhai version MacBook Pro is still not available in the market. It will arrive in May, but currently Karsoon hasn’t published the price yet.

Sony VAIO P clones have kept coming out from Shenzhen since Sony launched the original VAIO P, but this one, BYD ODM netbook, definitely is the best we’ve seem so far. This netbook gets a silver mental chassis, which looks clean and stylish. It’s bigger than Sony VAIO P, with a 10 inches 16:10 display. The keyboard is also big, but the small optical touchpad has saved lots of space, and its webcam was located on the top left corner.

It packs a 1GHZ Intel Atom Z530 processor, 1GB RAM, 1.8-inch hard drive with untold capacity, 2 USB ports, a SIM card slot. The shortcoming and the sad thing is that it lacks Ethernet port, as well as video output port. And battery is irremovable. BYD just debuted this netbook on a Fair and still hasn’t launched it to the market. It’s said that the price for distributor is slightly above 2000 Yuan (about $300 USD).

we’ve seem quite a few Apple Air clones, but it seems this is the first one in this size. It’s from Shenzhen manufacturer E-stary. The bright black painting makes the white Apple logo looks pretty prominent and I bet it’s more eye-catching than the original ones when you hold one walking on streets. Of curse some people might not like to received sudden attention from others, especially from strangers, and E-stary gets a white version for these people too, on which the Apple logo won’t look so striking.

Wabook company is bringing another Shenzhen-type surprise to the world by launching this 10-inch netbook that is only for $100 dollars. Of curse you can’t put too high expect on a netbook with such a price. It could only runs mobile operation systems, and was pre-installed with Windows CE 6.0. It’s said it could run Android OS too.

The netbook is very light, only 850g, and it is powered by a 300MHz ARM-based VIA 8505 chipset, packing a 10 inches 1024×600 display, 128MB RAM, 1G flash storage, a MicroSD card slot, 3 USB ports, 3.55mm headphone jack, and a 1800mAH battery.
