A little less than two months ago we ever introduced an Motorola Droid clone here. At that time what we could provide you are only pictures and some specs, saying that it would come with a 533M Huawei Hisilicon K3 chip, a 3.7 inches 800×480 display, 256MB ROM, 256MB RAM, a 2-megapixel camera, and Windows Mobile 6.5 OS. Its well built looking has caught lots of attention instantly after being unveiled. Now the launching time seems to be very close now. It appeared in a video currently and got a name HXSD 188. There’s no detailed information about its performance in the video, however, you can get a close peep on how it looks like.

Motorola Quench MB501 and Quench XT3 Android Handset Launched in Taiwan

In the flame of the Droid X and Droid 2, Motorola launched two android handsets in Taiwan, the Quenchtm MB501 and Quenchtm XT3. This is the forth time the company bringing its Android handset to Taiwan. These two phones are targeted at the middle end market. Quenchtm MB501 is priced at NT$11,890 (about $370 USD), and Quenchtm XT3 is at NT$10,890 ( about $338 USD).

Quenchtm MB501 features a 528 MHz Qualcomm MSM7200A processor, a 3.1 inches 320 x 480 display, 256MB RAM, 512MB ROM, and a 5-megapxel camera, while Quenchtm XT3 brings a 600MHz Qualcomm MSM 7227 processor, a 3.2 inches capacitive touchscreen, and a 3-megapixel camera.

IHKC X1 Android Handset Only For 999 Yuan

IHKC X1 finally brought its Android handset X1 to the market. The phone has got exposed earlier before, and won wide attention instantly for its bargain price that the manufacturer implied. Now it’s arrived, the price is only 999 Yuan (about $147 USD). It’s a little pity that, as the Android OS has been gone to 2.2 version, it just runs Android 1.5, which means that It would have problems to runs many recent APPs at Android market. Other specs are also not very good, as you might have guess. It features a 528MHZ Qualcomm processor, 256MB RAM,256MB ROM, a 2.8 inches 240×320 display, a 2 megapixels camera, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Eking to launch a side slide MID

EKing (or Guangxuntong) is going to bring a new MID to the market. This upcoming device gets a side slide display, and is powered by an Intel processor and would runs Windows 7. Its display is only 5 inches, but it’s said it will support multi-touch.It’s also said the resolutions could be as high as 1024*600. While the display is close, It looks slightly like the Sony PSP gaming device. Like the company’s other MIDs, this MID also gets 3G connectivity. It would have three versions that respectively supports WCDMA, CDMA2000, and China Mobile’s TD-SCDMA. It also comes with a camera, but we can find any information about its resolutions. There’re still no worlds about the price and its availability.

LVD821 from Shenzhen is a very pretty little slider phone as you’ve seen on the picture. At the first look of this phone, the first word came into my mind was ‘nice’. It’s very small, with dimensions of 87×57×18mm. It comes in white and is well built. It’s a music phone, and it’s said that it gets very good sound quality.Hoverer we haven’t tried it out ourself. The phone is targeted at young girls. No much special things could be found on its functions, but it’s fashion design might be really able to catch young girls’ eyes. It comes with a very nice price too, only for 550 Yuan (about $80 USD).

Nckia X19 Flip phone with a switchable display

Nckia X19 is another funny phone made by China Shanzhai. When it’s close it doesn’t show too much difference. But after opening it you would find the hidden secret. Its display could be switched around. with doing this you can form the phone in different forms, and its keyboard also could be used as a full QWERTY keyboard. The idea is very novel, but the built is no doubt too rough.We could only hope it can improve in the future. Not too much information about the specs, and it’s just an ordinary nonsmartphone. No worlds about the price.

It comes with two UI, the other is classic Windows Mobile UI. Other features include a 3.5 inches resistive touchscreen, 128MB RAM, 256MB ROM, Wi-Fi, GPS, FM radio, and a 2 megapixels camera. We can’t say the specs are nice, but the price is just around 1000 Yuan (about $147 USD), which make it sound like a good deal.

XS039, a Phone with 13 loudspeakers

You might not believe it while you only read the titile, but it’s true as you can see from the picture. It’s normal while you are looking at its front side, but when you turn to the back: Horrible really, thirteen loudspeakers in such density. You might don’t like it, but that doesn’t mean all the other people either. Some people like to use their phone to play music without air-phones, so this is a phone for them. Imagining the sound from these thirteen loudspeakers, the earth must shake for it. At specs it’s just an ordinary nonsmartphone, packing a QVGA display, Bluetooth, dual sim, MP3 player, which is definitely its most important feature, and a 3.2 megapixels camera that’s very likely fake. It’s said this phone is exclusively exported to middle east, and we don’t know how much it is.

There’s ever a picture circulating on the Internet that’s said to be Nokia N98. After the N8 unveiled, we know that the picture is almost the N8 except it gets a side slide keyboard. Till now we are still not able to know whether Nokia would bring such a phone in the future. Whatever, Shanzhai has bring this picture to reality and named it as Nokia N98. The phone comes with dual camera, and both are 1.3 megapixels. It’s just an ordinary nonsmartphone, and has no WI-FI for you to surf the Internet. It’s said this phone has been already on sale, with a price of $140 USD.

Shanzhai HTC HD2 with nice specs

A new Shanzhai-made HTC HD2 is catching numerous eyeballs with very nice specs. The phone is based on A 460MHz dual core MTK 6516 chip which has everything already to run Windows Mobile. It boasts a 4.3 inches 800*480 capacitive touchscreen, 256MB RAM, 512MB ROM, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, dual sim support, Windows Mobile 6.5 OS, and a 5-megapixels camera. It’s said it will be upgraded to 512MB RAM in the future, but we all know Shanzhai has everything but future. It’s said an advantage MTK 6516 chip has compared to Hisilicon K3 is that it gets ability to handle RMVB videos. So this clone is also able to play RMVB videos. Still no words about the price and availability.
