Dear sir/madam thank you for your appreciation to our products,we cooperate with operator(ISP)to distribute our products,it means you could get our products from the operator in your country . the operator introduce the model suitable for his subscriber ,so the devices provided by operator may differ in different district from respective operator,sorry for the inconvinence it brought to you ,You better try to consult your service provider(operator),or visit the website of your operator to find out the info you need thank you al it may not be either of ours. see below what Huawei wrote me.
