DAWA-D7-ANDROID

DAWA D7 was introduced first time by its manufacturer back in March, but at that time only some hardware specs are unveiled, we even didn’t know what OS it would runs on. The Windows CE alike user interface on a picture that came with that introduction  made us guess it would run on Windows CE. Now the answer is out. Instead of Windows CE, it goes Android2.1 OS.

DAWA D7  packs a 600Mhz Telechips 8902 chipset that’s based on a ARM11 processor, a 7 inches 800*480 display, 256 MB DDR2, 2GB Nand Flash storage, and a 1500mAh battery that can support 3 hours for web surfing. It can support 720p videos, and comes with a HDMI port for video output.

Currently there’re still no words about the price and availability.
