Chinese manufacturer Tongfang’s Q5 is another android MID that is powered by Rockchip‘s RK2808 chipset. Unlike Ramos W7, the first RK2808 based MID, which was announced back in last september but right now still nowhere to find , Tongfang Q5 has arrived on the market for sale. If the waiting for RAmos W7 has run out of all your patience, then this one may be a good alternative. It also comes with a very clean design, thin and light, with dimensions of 120×80.7×9.9mm and weight of 209g.

Tongfang Q5 gets a 4.8 inches capacitive touchscreen, a 866MHZ ARM processor, 128MB RAM, 4GB storage, 802.11a/b/g WI-FI, 3.55mm headphone jack, and a 2200mAh battery. Besides the main usage to surf the Internet, it can also provide you good experience with videos, for it comes with 720p codec support. It’s said the battery life could support 7 hours for video playback or surfing the net, and 89 hours of standby time. If you are in China now, you can take one with 1,999 Yuan (about $293 USD).
