OPPO Enjoy ebook reader full specs unveiled

OPPO announced it first e-reader Enjoy back in early Jan. Today the company unveiled the full specs, with several pictures that allowed us to take a detailed look. As what we’ve known before, OPPO Enjoy runs Android OS, or more exactly, runs Android 1.5 version cupcake . It will comes with a 6-inch 800×600 E-ink display that boats 16 shades of gray, 2GB storage, and a microSD card slot to support up to 16GB expansion. Its battery is able to support 8000 page turns with capacity of 1280 mAh.

It supports TXT, HTML, CHM, EPUB, PDF ebooks and their zip format, and notably Microsoft Office file formats doc, xls, ppt. Other than ebooks, it can display jpg, jpeg, bmp, png, GIF (static) pictures and mp3, wav, wma, ogg, aac, ape, flac audios. it measures 177.5*124.5*8.2mm, and weighs 262g.

The price and time of availability are still not disclosed. OPPO started to recruit volunteers to launch a public test for this e-reader in February, so you might be able to find it on the market soon.
