Aigo N500 Maemo MID launched

While speaking about MID, You might say “Why I need a MID? A smartphone can do all the things.” Exactly, that’s also the reason many people feel pessimistic about the future of the MID. But if a MID coming with phone features, it would be different, right? So MIDs like Aigo N500 may be going on the right way.
Aigo N500 is categorized as an MID by its maker, but it also gets phone features, SMS and telephony, and supports EVDO. It runs on Maemo OS, packing a 806MHz Marvell PXA310+ processor, a 4.3-inch 800×480 touchscreen, 256MB RAM, 2-megapixel main camera and a 0.3-megapixel front camera, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, built-in GPS, and a 2600mAH battery. The biggest problem with this MID is the size it gets, too big to put in a normal pocket, with weight of 320g. Right now it has been available in China, priced at 3999 Yuan ($588 USD).
