We’ve seen many tablets from Shenzhen till now. Most of these tablets run Windows XP, and some runs Windows CE.  This one, K.R.T. X9,  from Shenzhen K.R.T. Technology company, is the first one  to runs Windows 7, with multi-touch support.  The device gets a 10 inches  display, Which we has to say, is not a small size as a tablet, coming with dimensions of  226.3mm*166.9mm*24.7mm and a weight of 2kg (battery included), a huge thing to carry in hand really. K.R.T. X9 features a 1.6G Intel  Atom N270 processor,  Intel 950 integrated Graphics,  a 10.2-inch  1024*600 touchscreen, 1G RAM, 160G HDD, 802.11a/b/g  Wi-Fi and WCDMA, TD-SCDMA,  CDMA2000 3G connectivity, 3 USB ports, a FIVE-IN-ONE SD, MS, MMC, ms-pro card reader, a VGA port, and finally a battery with capacity of 2800mAh or 3500mAh to be chosen, which is supposed to support more than 4 hours working time. You can take all these with an amount of money of about 4000 Yuan (about $588 USD) from your pocket.
