BenQ nReader K60 ebook reader

BenQ today announced its nReader series ebook reader in its domestic market Taiwan. The nReader ebook store coming along will provide more than one million books including Chinese, English and Japanese books for its users to read, bookmark or buy copies to their devices, accessed through 3G or Wi-Fi connectivity. Besides, it also provide Japanese comic books in the store, which is really good news to Japanese comic fans, or speaking more exactly, to those Japanese comic fans who are going to have a nReader. NReader K60 will be first one from the series launched to the market, in January 2010. NReader K60 features a 6-inch 800×600 Sipix e-paper touchscreen, 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi, optional 3.5G wireless networking card, 2 USB2.0 ports, 2GB storage, MicroSD card slot, 3.5mm headphone jack, MP3 player, 1530mAh battery, with dimensions of 175mm x 122mm x 11mm.

    This reader looks promising but it’s awful that Benq felt the need to stamp their company name all over the spokesgirl.
