Boeye shows off the world’s thinnest E-book E510 at HKEF
Shenzhen Boeye Technology shows off an ebook reader on Hong Kong Electronics Fair, which is called E510. The E510 has been claimed to be the world’s thinnest ebook reader. it’s only 0.3 inch (0.77cm) thick. Though without keyboard on it, but one can easily find that Boeye E510 is bearing some resemblance to Amazon’s ebook reader Kindle. it gets a 5 inch 800×600 E-ink display, 400Mhz Samsung 2416 CPU, 16 Grayscale Level, 2G, 4G, 8G, 16G built-in storage to be chosen, a Mini USB port for data transmission, 1000mAh battery with up to 15 days stand time. It supports txt, pdf, doc, html, fb2, epub, pdb, chm, rtf, djvu, dvi, ps formats for books, MP3, wma, wav for audio, and JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP, TIF for pictures, coming with dimensions of 148×102x7.7mm. It is lacking of WI-FI or other networking connectivity. No words about the price yet.
