Android powered Commtiva z1 has no Google Mobile Services
Commtiva z1 was an Android phone delivered by Taiwan based Company Commtiva. Commtiva z1 was the first Android phone on the world that has no built-in Google Mobile Services like Gmail, Youtube, Google Maps, Android Market, which may sound strange but definitely can cut off the cost of the phone. Commtiva has launched its own app market for z1 called ‘S market’. The market right now has got more than 100 apps for free download.
The phone is targeted at the entry-level market, sells for about $361 dollars without contract in Taiwan. It features a 528 MHz Qualcomm MSM7225 processor,a 3.2 inches WQVGA resistive touchscreen, 256MB RAM, 3.1 megapixels camera, G-Sensor, GSP, Bluetooth and WI-FI connectivity, microSD card slot, side slide full QWERTY keyboard, stylus input, 3.5 mm headphone jack, Android 1.5 OS, 1010 mAh Li-Ion battery with 325 hrs standing time and 3 hrs talking time. It measures 110 x 55 x 15.1 mm and weighs 124.6g.
