September 5th, 2009 | 4 Comments | Posted in Mobile

We’ve written about several HTC Magic clone, but all of which are windows Mobile phone. MDO, a company based in Shenzhen, supprises us with their newly released phone S812. MDO S812 has a  striking resemblance to the HTC Magic, and  the more important thing is that it runs Android, not Windows Mobile. This phone, not like this one we reported before just used as a concept to display a company’s technology, is going to hits the market with a price of less than 2000 Yuan ($294). MDO S812 features 624MHz Marvell PXA310 processor, a 3.2 inch 320×480 HVGA display, 3.2 megapixel camera with auto focus, 256MB of ROM, 128MB of  RAM, Wi-Fi and supporting CDMA2000 EVDO 800MHz 3G networking and GSM EDGE 2G networking.
