Shanghai based MID manufacture Tainell is going to launch a new MID T500. It will hit the market in this October, but the price is still not disclosed. this 5” inch MID is power by Intel Atom Z5 series processors, Z510 (1.1GHZ ), Z520 (1.33GHZ), or Z530 (1.6GHZ), depending on the configurations, bringing 5 inch 1024 x 600 WSVGA display, 1GB of RAM, 32G SSD storage, buit-in GPS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, optional TDSCDMA / WCDMA / EVDO 3G module, 1.3 or o.3 megapixel webcam to be chosen, and a 4-cell 2400mAH battery with up to 6 hours working time, with Windows XP, Windows 7 or Moblin OS.
