China Unicom made a three year deal to sell iPhone in China
Reported by Chinese newspaper Shanghai Securities News, China Unicom has made a three years deal with Apple to sell iPhone in China, and China Unicom probably will be able to sell iPhone 3G to its customers with a contract in this September.In the agreement, Apple will not take share of the customer contract, but profits from iphone sales and app store. China Union will purchase iPhone from apple at the price of 3000 Yuan ( about $441 ) per unit, and guarantees an annual sale of one or two million iPhone Units with an amount of not less than 5 billion Yuan (about $730,000,000 ).
