This handcraft was based on an eight cylinder engine with 4000 cc driving force. Wei said his homebrewed Rolls-Royce can reach a highest speed of 200 km/h. “it’s really cool to drive “, said wei,” cooler than  driving a BMW or Benz car. After a test drive, the reporter said it felt like not too much different with other cars, and  the throttle and brakes are very sensitive.
