I was shocked the first time I saw the pictures of this phone. Golden, Luxurious, with a manual engraved emerald mounted in the front shell! The price is extreemly high and the highest is 9600 RMB($1409). It is said that the design was inspired by the buddhism culture. actually on the start UI of this phone there was a picure of buddha but with some buddhism symbol is this enough to say this is a buddism style phone? Does Luxury represent Buddism? In my opion a Buddhism style phone should be made of wood, not those Luxurious emerald stuffs! However, this phone was named as Zen Phone by a so called YiCheng Master, who is the 4th chairman of China Buddhism Association. Maybe I shouldn’t think in such a way. Everything is a bussiness in China and Buddhism is not exceptional, and China ShaoLin Monastery is more like a company than a buddhism organization.
